Let it snow!

We're having a very snowy Christmas Eve day. The initial prediction of 1 to 3 inches quickly mushroomed to 6 to 9 inches. The Belgians thought it was great fun.

An invitation to play.
Much running amuck ensued.

What are you lookin' at?
Never seen an abominable snow Tervuren before?

I'm worried Santa won't be able
to bring my Christmas cat.
(Phoenix, darling, sweetheart, baby dog,
you are so NOT getting a Christmas cat.)

Jamie settled down for a long winter's nap.
At 11:30 a.m.
But who's counting.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

  4. Merry Christmas Jamie and Phoenix (you too Jeff and Melinda). I really was hoping for a new kitty for Phoenix - maybe next year buddy.

  5. Merry Christmas Melinda. Thanks so much for the blog. I look forward to new posts. I would post an abominable snow Samoyed, but who could tell?

  6. Merry Christmas, Jaime and Phoenix. Santa brought me something even better than a cat -- a puppy! It turns out that puppies _like_ being trounced, and no one yells at you like they do when you squish the cats. Mama says that they got an aussie instead of a Terv because Terv puppies are evil. But I don't know what she means.
