I also hate resolutions, but I *do* want to get in shape and lose weight. Ironically, as I read your post and started thinking of my own goals, I was stuffing my face with Munchkins. Dunkin Donuts is my nemesis. I literally could eat a whole box of donuts myself. I always think of how I want to get in shape when I'm being the most gluttonous.
